Microscope

We need a high precise magnifier to determine the defective parameter in metal abrasive which could not be seen by naked eye.
The optical microscope of foundry has closed circuit camera, monitor, photo camera and capacity of magnifying up to 1200X.
So, it is not too hard to recognize cracks microscopically defective structure, cavity and tensions.
This high performance system let us recognize the source of defective during production and we did omit most of them.
