Row material are prepared from flaky scrap , and without any extra alloy, and galvanized surface . Oxides, covers and galvanized surfaces leading to reducing the quality.
Induction furnace with 500 Kg. capacity , melt the row materials. The molten will be conducted to atomizing station.
Workers pour an specific amount of molten from caldron to the chamber and atomize it trough an specific process .the result is row shots.
The drier furnace with 250 degree centigrade temperature takes dampness of row shots.
In this station shots are divided to the 4 group and will be derived to their specific station.
The shots which their size between 0.4-3.4 mm are being to heat treatment in this station.
The shots are quenched by air for 8-10 Hr.
After quenching the shots are divide to 10 size in this station
The separated shots are packaged semi-automatically in 25 Kg. pockets. 40 of these 25 Kg pockets are packaged in a box(1 ton) and derived to storage by lift track.
The products which their size between 3.4-4 mm are milled to producing grits.
We have tempering treatment for grits.
The grits are quenched by air for 8-10 Hr.
The grits are dividing 8 size in this process
The separated shots are packaged semi-automatically in 25 Kg. pockets. 40 of these 25 Kg pockets are packaged in a box(1 ton) and derived to storage by lift track.
