1-Meltung: a sample prepared before
atomizing . it is analyzed by spectrometer and the results will be checked
by melt station.
2-Atomizing: products are inspected to see if there is any inaccuracy in the shape and size.
3-Primary Mesh: products are dividing to 4 groups according to their size
4-Heat Treatment: after heat treatment , products are inspected and controlled according to the ISO 11124-3 standard.
5-Final Mesh: the size of product is checked frequently
6-Packaging : weight distributing, packaging and size overlap are the parameters checked in this station.
